Common pitfalls

• Grading purely on grammatical accuracy — the OET-style rubric explicitly weighs clinical communication indicators (empathy, clarity of explanation, appropriate structure) alongside linguistic criteria; strong grammar with poor clinical communication style doesn't earn a top grade.
